Tully, Cheryl

I am an American ceramicist living and working in Lancashire. I use a heavily grogged stoneware to create outdoor sculpture that is hand built and made to withstand the elements. For my functional and sculpturally functional work I use a white stoneware with a high iron content that fires with a distinctive speckled appearance. This work is either wheel thrown or hand built. Both are made with design in mind and to be robust and hard wearing for every day use. You can find me at my studio and gallery shop located at Cedar Farm, Mawdesley where you can browse or discuss a commission.
