Clahane, Lara

  • Lara Clahane

Based in a lovely studio at Halecat House, Witherslack,  I make pots inspired by the local land and seascape around Morecambe Bay. Working in both practical stoneware and refined porcelain,  I incorporate local clay, sand, rock dust and plant ash in my slip and glaze decoration.

I make contemporary country tableware and decorative vessels.

At Halecat we have 3 open studio events a year and visitors are also welcome by appointment.
