Creating an echo of the sea my work is based on sea urchins and protozoa. I enjoy throwing and altering the forms to explore the shapes of these fascinating creatures. The interplay of glazes on the surfaces of the forms adds subtle depth. Continuing to develop these forms over a number of years has led to a refinement of my ideas and execution.
